Support, pre-sale questions and everything else run through the Discord. It is the fastest way to reach us, and the answers stay searchable for the next person with the same question.

There is no public email address. If you need something that genuinely does not belong in a chat channel — procurement paperwork, an invoice, a contract — say so in the Discord and we will move it somewhere private.

What to contact us about

• Pre-sale questions — whether a product fits what you are building. Ask before buying; we would rather tell you it is not a fit.
• Studio licensing — site licences, invoicing, procurement paperwork.
• Custom work — extending the framework for a specific project.
• Bugs — reproduction steps from an example map are ideal.
